Delta Systems Group has provided training to thousands of people and organizations in Mid-Missouri for more than 20 years.
As with all our services, personalization and individual attention is the goal. Though our training methods have evolved over time, our philosophy of teaching has not:
- small class sizes for personal attention from the instructor;
- hands-on lab work for every student to try out what they've learned in the classroom;
- specific, task-oriented goals for every class teach the most productive skills quickly.
We design our own training materials based on our experience from hundreds of classroom sessions. Our clients have told us what they need to do; our instructors show them the best ways to accomplish those tasks in the shortest time. Filled with QuickTips, Step-by-Steps and Shortcuts, our courseware helps students remember and use what they learn.
The most important goal is to ensure that you have the new skills you need when you return to your workplace.
We can work with you in a variety of ways to help you get the skills you want and need:

Which training method you choose depends on the number of people, the level of instruction and the time available. Our instructors will work together with your training coordinator to choose the best methods to meet your needs.
Custom classes tailored to your specific goals are available if you have several people to train in a particular package.
We can train you on our equipment in our classroom, or at your location on your own machines.
